Lost my personal car

After having a personal car for the first few days of GTA it has disappeared. Is there any way i can get it back?

Oh snap mine did too. I think the personal cars just reset for us in the small period of time. Fack.

It was either destroyed by a player or impounded. Call your insurance. If it's not there, I think it's gone for good.

I kinda lost mine too when I got a garage and tried to put it in it said do I want to replace it, so I did, then I lost all my mods, particularly 25k bulletproof tyres.

The cars you can steal and tag can be pretty nice. No Banshees or Bullets but you can get the Gauntlet or Sand King.

This has happened to me a couple of times, I've had to reset my character as a result because Mors Mutual was gone and so was my car. I'm not sure if placing a new insurance will cause the contact to return to your phone, as I haven't tried that possibility

Where do you call the mechanic/insurance. Theres no option for that on my phone contacts and there is not a map icon for mechanic or impound lot.
