Sultan Spawn Help

Can anybody be nice enough to tell me which car would affect the spawn of a Sultan or where I could find one? I found one when I had just been playing for about 30 mins and I didn't have enough money to make it mine...thanks for any help I get!

i'm looking too, want it because it's a great 4 door and always need the extra room for my crew. i've read that we should look by LSC in sandy shores and just north of La Puerta. good luck! post back the info if you find it!

found one! right up by the pay n spray in sandy shores, it was parked in someones driveway. damn, this is by far the best 4door in the game

I'll keep looking there then! The first one I found was right in front of the pay n spray also. Hopefully I get lucky this time!
