I see your point, and it's not really 'my' problem. I don't have any problem. Exploiting or glitching allows people to take an easy way and gain an unfair advantage. That's R*'s problem, that I'm sure they will solve.

I haven't had an issue either, and most of the complaints I see aren't even complaining about something that happened - just that someone 'got something early'. It's really none of my beeswax how slow or fast somebody ranks up.

 

 

No, that's not the problem. Everyone knows a level 100 will have an advantage against a level 1. The issue is if the level 100 got there playing fair, or if they cheated. That's where the fairness comes into it.

So then, we're getting in to emotional reasoning - which I'm sure is the real cause of most peoples grumpyness over the topic - it's not 'fair' even though we're not really naming any impact on the other players.

 

Reminds me of being at school, and one kid gets two lollies instead of one, and all the other kids start complaing about how it's not fair rather than just being happy for that one kid. They focus on how they don't have two, rather than focusing on the fact they have one.

 

There is one thing I can think of that is a concern and can not be fixed with player matching, which is minor, but if you guys aren't throwing it at me then it can't be your reasoning.

 

Also as a side note, the legit 100 level players are gonna LOVE it when a level 100 farmer joins their deathmatch.

 

 

There are gameplay concerns too. Say for example two people start playing at the same time and spend the same amount of time playing. One exploits levels and money. The other plays normally. Then when they are in a session together the exploiter will have an unfair advantage.

 

In the analogy, the kid getting two lollies is then going around licking the other kids lollies. The other kids actually have reason to be annoyed.

It's good for a little while. I just did Violent duct about 8 or 9 times and got bored. I literally had to leave mid mission because it wouldn't give me the option to let me leave in the vote lobby and people kept voting to replay. Then I get a bad sport warning. I bet their still playing it now.

Just vote for free mode and you'll leave. I've never been stuck in any game and have never received bad sport.

Nah, I'm just saying that I've never seen the Freeroam of whatever option after finishing a mission. It's either continue or the restart crap, and if you click continue and everyone restarts, you'll get stuck with the people in that room. Force quit is the only option.

That's why half my crew is level 80+ with tanks and attack choppers while I just went from level 24 to almost 50 in the last hour and have over a million now. plus several 200k+ cars plus best apartment.

 

Also you unlock different services like airstrikes and muggers which are fun for freeroam

 

Also lots more customization for your cars/guns/character and some people like having cool stuff.

 

Also your never going to have any of these things and not have even half as much fun as us while were riding around with 4 of us in tanks and another 4 in choppers tearing up freeroam.

 

Also were going to just grind a lil to get rank 100 or so with millions then never have to do anything again. So while you're out doing sh*t missions for 5k and selling cars for loose change were out having fun and not worrying about having to rank up or get cash we can do whatever we want and never have to worry about ranks or cash ever again just fun no work.

Who cares if you have all of that stuff. I would rather progress through the game and not basically conquer the game in a few days. This game just came out and you have already done most there is to do. That's stupid. GTA V is meant to be a mini MMO style game that you progress through to open new stuff. You crew full of pussies just did one mission over and over until you unlocked everything. That's okay,,,kids will be kids...let the adults play the game how it was meant to be played, not by exploiting a loophole. Thats what's wrong with todays kids, they want everything NOW...and for NOTHING. How you do you conquer every deathmath/race and sh*t like that just by having better stuff than everyone? the game will be updated and will always have stuff to do. Most people have not yet figured out that they will make more money and rank up faster if they stay in online sessions with the same group playing the missions and keep voting and continuing getting more job points and better jobs the longer you play. They think that they can make money farming low level missions for peanuts cause they dont know that with more rank comes better higher paying missions. There is really no instructions or documentation to this game and I guess you cant blame 12 year olds for being dumb. Thus far ive found it hard to get people to join missions and actually play it right so I found a crew and we play together and rank up and make cash rather fast now. Way more fun that farming missions, though we do occasionally play some survival ones a couple times in a row to see how many waves we can survive, but they are pretty fun.

I like to replay races with lots of people, they are different every time, plus the more times you play it the better you know the course and the easier it gets! The more people you have the more money the winner gets. I hate playing with custom cars on though, high level guys just smoke ya and even with catchup on and slipstream effect you arent going to catch them, lol! I may be wrong but I was under the impression the like or dislike was for rockstar to know if people liked that mission or if it sucked and needed fixing or removal, maybe Im wrong, but thats what I heard! I also believe that the percentage rating that shows up when checking out a mission is the result of this voting, so if the dumbass 12 year olds that dislike every one they lose then no team based missions or races will have accurate ratings of if they are fun to play or not.

The cool thing about the custom cars is that you can't tune them up unless you win races. So these stupid farmers can't make their cars faster unless they win races lol. It's safer to play without the modded car option though until you mod a car of your own. The catch up things doesn't really work all too well for me.

they pay about 10K each around lvl 25 or so, higher you level the more they pay, races pay more per player. you level faster playing more missions with the same group, more people seems to be more bonus, i think playing with crew members gives an even bigger boost/bonus. The more JP you get in a session the better and more different jobs you get. Sometimes it loads the same ones but vote on refresh to get a different list. or just keep farming, but I wouldnt waste my time playing the same mission over and over for 10K when they all pay that at higher levels, I can only assume that at lvls 30 and 40 they pay even more but i dont know anyone that high of level personally yet so i cant say for sure. However given the pattern so far of higher levels getting more pay I can only assume that to be the case. the 2K missions were bs, but didnt take long to get past them and get some good ones playing with around 6 crew members for even just an hour, plus if the highest rank guy hosts you get his missions, so even if you are a level 5 you can make 10K a mission and rank up fast by joining his sessions. I went from lvl9 to 15 in like 30-40 minutes playing mulitple missions with the same higher ranked guys. I noticed that every time I killed a NPC in the mission the more RP I was getting per kill later on also, not sure if this is due to my rank or the effect of playing with the same people for longer time.

It's not boring. It feels like you are a car thief and robber with lots of things to do. It's fun roleplaying as the character, rather than playing the exact same mission over and over, which to me is boring.
