I can't tell if "Rockstar Sucks Cock" has been banned or not, but, long story short, he's the guy from last night it seems, posting the gory images and all. Not sure if he's going to continue, but I recommend staying out of threads he has started/posted in if you have a weak stomach.

IP addresses usually don't hinder anyone. Proxy servers/browsers such as TOR or BTGuard can make it near impossible to IP ban someone.
