Constantly losing money in the bank?

Every time I get money from wherever (mission or bounty) I lose enough money in the bank so that it adds up to if I had never completed the mission and got any money (usually 100 or so dollars less)

 

Anyone else experiencing this? What is happening?

Its either from dying in free mode or purchasing ammo at the mission screen. If you die in freemode you have to pay medical

I AM SORRY ABOUT THE QUALITY OF THE VIDEO, BUT MY WEBCAM IS ABSOLUTELY RUBBISH.
