Vehicle stats question

Ok, let's say I put a turbo on my car and it fills up the acceleration bar to max, will adding any more acceleration upgrades like transmission or EMS do anything or is it capped at max bar?

I'm pretty sure answer is no. It's kind of unfair to the cars with high stock acceleration in my opinion. Coil's acceleration is wasted because you can easily get any of the super cars up to max acceleration. I think R* should balance this by giving the player an option to get a top speed upgrade or an acceleration upgrade rather than only acceleration upgrades.

Agree, I was wondering why there were no top speed or traction upgrades it's pretty silly.

adding additional acceleration upgrades beyond max does nothing. I bought just the turbo and then all the accel upgrades and there definitely felt like no difference

They need to add some more upgrades imo, for traction and top speed. Right now the non cosmetic customization is pretty bland.

On sp I was toying around with this since I've got money to burn on it, I noticed a lil difference in how long gear changes took (going by sound) but I didn't time it so I'm not too sure.

 

It's a let down accelerations the only thing we can edit, that sucks
