I think on the trucks its if its already full or something. I definitely grabbed onto the side of the El Camino looking thing with a flat bed in the back and you can shoot all your guns while doing it but are more vulnerable

The same thing you do to get in the car any normal way.

If the seats are full, they'll hop in the back if possible.

 

No special trick to it.
