I actually played this with my crew the other day and we won with the fighter jets. So no, it isnt impossible.

Actually, out of five games of me in a jet, I've only lost twice.
It's completely do-able - but you have to be VERY comfortable in a jet.


Honestly, my biggest issue is that the runners can just hide under a bridge or in a car garage and wait for the jets to all crash, leave, or jump out and try to take them out on foot.

When playing with my crew, though, it's my favorite team v. team.

Actually, if you know how to fly a jet, it could be doable, may not be easy, but doable. Because i did it 3 times and in one of those missions, my teammates crashed and I took out 3 bike myself.

You just suck at flying.. It's one of the most fun game types.

One rockets lock on two use machine guns three learn to fly the fighter jet and you will have no problem.

Once you get better at it, it's easier. Make sure to switch to missiles, see which way they're going and line it up, when it goes green hit FIRE.

 

I prefer being the runner, but last time I was the runner I really had to work hard - you don't even hear them coming until it's too late - and you'd better swerve pretty damn fast.
