I'm playing as Frank, so instead of paying for upgrades, I took the thing out to my LS Customs and modded it up to the max. Problem is, the game is still telling me that I have to spend some $2000 on mods, and I have no delivery point on my minimap. Help, please? It is a shame that we can't use our own shop to make the modifications, but my guy did not have the ability to make the Heist Modifications (which cost... $12,000 I believe).
