Do you think Rockstar will do something to players for farming 18-25k

There was a post on here about how rockstar was going to wipe the servers and give people the cash they earned but wipe the stats and ranks. However rockstar posted something about how they will not do that so thats not going to happen.

 

Most likely they will make it so the only way you can restart is if you fail. thats it. . I think that was their intention with the first update but they let that auto restart feature slide on accident. everything will stay the same but people just wont be able to restart anything at all. Its not a glitch, its not an exploit its just doing some boring ass mission over and over again.

 

Or they might make it that everytime you complete a mission you get less and less money + xp. But who knows im interested in seeing how this pans out. However i dont feel the unlocks at level 100 are even that great. and the best part of the game is to do different missions. but thats just me.

But what the f*ck is the deal with the restart feature anyway? Why does spamming R2 restart the mission, it's not even listed on the controls there at the bottom as an option, yet spamming R2 restarts the mission anyway. You'd think they would have just taken that out if they wanted to stop farming in it's tracks.

Lack of foresight probably, restart was probably not originally intended to be on the vote screen (e.g. a continue or restart type deal) and they forgot to remove the control for it.

 

That's my guess.

I much prefer Survival runs. Boneyard has some cool spots. 20k, free weapons & ammo, a decent amount of RP. it's about 20 minutes sometimes but hey, get a crew together & get working

Im pretty sure R* would come up with other ways to make money with other DLC. im pretty sure someone on the team mentioned that this could be a problem during development.

I like all of the survivals but I think Boneyard is my favorite. Excellent mission.

thank you for showing people that everyone isnt doing the samething(not being sarcastic). R* is still gonna make their money from ppl who dont wanna farm. And people also act like lvl 70+ is better. Yes they have access to a buncha better weapons, but all they need is a automatic shotgun to the mouth and there goes 2k for hospital bills. People should just play and stop worrying about other peoples methods. This happens on every mmo.
