Timing Out! (XBOX)

I can get online 2 times out of 10, all other times it says it is loading online then says it has timed out and to press A to continue, pressing A does nothing!! Back to home screen and load up again. Anyone else have this? Few of my crew m8's are lvl 50+ with no problems but a few of us have had characters gone (me 3 times now!) and constant timeouts.
