Level 75 - Can't Get Rooftop Rampage?

I'm currently almost level 76 and I swear I've done nearly every mission for Martin. Any idea as to why he won't offer me Rooftop Rampage when I call? I've completed at least two gang attacks, hoping it'd trigger the mission call.

I got Mixed Up With Coke a couple of times about 30 or so minutes ago, I believe...so I think it's still there. I was having issues getting Rooftop Rampage last night.

you need to do all of martin's missions at least once first, then he just offers it and from then on you can get it by calling him

You have to wait for Martin to call you, not the other way around

What i did was do a gang attack then he just randomly gave me the call, once he gives you the call i've been getting it more frequently

I levelled to 75 then... quit back to free roam, martin phoned me... Then right after i phoned him... Requested job.... Bang he gave me rooftop rumble..

Just keep requesting and finishing missions, even if you have to power through them on easy.

I would assume only people who raped Gerald with requests of Violent Duct would be a level 75.

I'm having it worse. For some strange reason I am rank 75 but I am unable to request a job from Martin. Have any sort of ideas on how I can resolve this issue? Would be appreciated.
