Maybe this is why some feel V didn't deliver as much as they expected, they were busy getting PS4 ready. I've read that V has PC code in it, so it shouldn't be too hard from the sound of it. I want 3d GTA V SO BAD. Already 2d to 3d looks amazing. I think if they did something like this, they will sell more games. So logic states that they will do something like this. Rockstar is not very known for making other versions of their games different from each other. The most notable feature that was not in the Console versions of IV was the Video Editor. GTA V was created in the exact same way, the only difference is that Rockstar didn't said a word about the existence/ plan of releasing such versions. GTAV was created as a Next gen title and downgraded to fit those consoles, thats why the feeling it is incomplete and lacking things that could be there. Believing otherwise will just conduct you to disappointment. Rockstar would be too stupid if they didn't thought about this ahead, every other companies did so why would they be any different? They said basically they put a huge amount of work in to optimizing it for the specific consoles it's on, and doing that for the next gen is work time they'd rather be spending on new titles. If it ever did happen, I'd expect it to be fairly similar except with anti-aliasing and anti-scopic filtering - so edges don't stand out so much. Would probably be 1080p as well instead of 720. You're reading it wrong, not being in development for that hardware means it is not being developed side by side, but the PC version is and that will be the one ported to those consoles.
