You can climb into the RV and it will trigger two men on bikes to come down the road. If you get out and shoot them you will not be followed until you follow the main road to the next gas station. The way to avoid any more contact is to drive through the train tracks directly towards the object instead of using main roads. (Climbing mountains etc) through the desert. One more funny bit is if you drive any car or bike to the gang members waiting for the RV.
