How do I join a friends game? And how do I stay on it after mission?

Problem number 1:

 

Most important of my problems is this. When we join a mission with a friend, after a long time of trying to get to the same server, WE NEVER GET TO PLAY ON THE SAME TEAM IN DEATHMATCH! How can that be fixed???? WE are on the SAME crew and STILL we go to separate teams on deathmatch. It sucks!

 

Problem number 2:

 

Most of the time I try to join my crew member or friends session, it fails. Even though my friend says there is still space in that session, but for some reason it tells me there is no room. And same goes the other way around, when a friend tries to join my session. How can this be fixed?

 

 

I just want to play on the same session with my Xbox Live Party members and for some reason GTA Online doesn't allow that?

 

Problem number 3:

 

Everytime I've joined my friends session and we do a mission, e.g. a car race. After we finished the race and end the mission, we go on separate servers. I just want to stay on the same server!!! How do we stay on the same server? -.-

 

Problem number 4:

 

When my crew and I are trying to join the crew session, we always end up to a completely empty map. And never get to same map.

 

Overall, it seems this online has SO MANY problems with the connection system. We almost NEVER get to play on the same server and it's like playing sinlge player. -.-
