I know there is a huge sign that says "Opening Soon!" on the Casino, but has there been any mention of the Casino being playable by Rockstar or a legitimate third party source?

 

I've only heard speculation based on that sign.

I want to race or bet on the horses at the casino, myself. It's a perfectly good horse track so hopefully they use it.

Lol I'm expecting to see a casino glitch when they open soon! I remember there is this game call tdu2 has a casino glitch which no matter how u bet u still win money

If they open the casino, I just hope they don't make it unrealistically difficult. I hope there is a chance to use your wits and skill to win and it's not all based on pure luck and the house always wins. I like to bet on things I can use my brain on like horses (form), poker and blackjack. Of course I don't mind a gamble on roulette or the lottery but I'm prepared to lose those bets.

Unless Rockstar have officially released/announced any information in regards to the Casino, I wouldn't bother getting your hopes up.
