Faces the ocean on one side and north towards the hills on the other.

 

Telescope is on the ocean facing side.

 

It is very close to the ground as you would imagine.

 

I thought maybe this would face the city as there is little info on it online, what a 200k mistake as I ended up trading it in for Apt 40 which has the best city views.

Sorry, but who the hell cares about the city view. I only want an apartment so me and my friends can chill in there without getting killed. A place to schedule Heist Missions. I just mainly want it for the 10-car garage too. This isn't real life where an ocean view is a dream. It's a video game.
