Which Tinsel Towers apartment has the best view? Which one is from the trailer?

From the trailer is the 286K

I don't think the apartment in the trailer is in the game...

 

I have just bought Apartment 29 ($286k) and the 3 window view (i.e. the telescope window) is not the same as the one in the trailer. It's close, but it's as if the one in the trailer is on the

 

It's the same building, but it's not the same view. I just compared it to the online trailer.

 

Does anyone have any pics of the $270k apartment views?

I just bought it, the only views are of the east side of the city:

and the north side (Vinewood hills)

so it's not the trailer view
