Are heists coming very soon?

I just got a text from Lester that said You need to buy a high end apartment very soon, I have a lot of high end jobs coming.

 

I have never seen that before and neither has anyone I was playing with, including my buddy who is around a lvl 50.

 

Anyone else get this today?

You probably won't be able to. 200M is too much for one MP mission, plus the single player was the first time it was robbed.
