Just did one of the gang wars and it rewarded me no cash, but because I died once during the war because my character fell down a small hill and stubbed his toe, they took $2000 from me. Makes sense. Let's just make everything counter-productive Rockstar. Good choice.

 

Medical bills shouldn't cost as much as the least rewarding mission in the game. I'm thinking $500 maximum.

Got it in the middle of playing. They updated and it made my game freeze on loading the mission. It just would not load. Never happened before. Was forced to dashboard and come back.

Truth be told, it was just too sweet of a deal. Honestly, a lot of missions are way off in the payment department. The one where you have to steal the jet and take it to sandy shores airstrip and fight off all the Lost, that should be worth at least 9-10k. where as VD was way over-rewarding at 9k, when you compare it to the other 9k mission that takes about 3 times longer. (2x if you're really quick and good).

 

Yeah, it does suck, but it also makes a whole lot of sense.

I have an idea. Rather than decrease violent ducts, why not INCREASE the other missions to actually make them worth doing? 4+ minutes spent on a mission for only 2-3k is not worth it. I have to grind for overly expensive stuff in this game either way, may as well make it worth the time rather than punish us because we found a slightly faster way.

Those idiots at R* need to make other missions more fun and profitable if they don't want people to "farm" one mission over and over. Make all the missions relatively rewarding based on how challenging it is.

 

They have missions that take a good while to accomplish and only pays off $2000. Why the f- would we want to play that if it isn't rewarding?

Ban farmers? so they should ban theyr most active playerbase? dosnt sound logical.

 

That said, its a good thing they have started to nerf these, no one deserves ban for grinding a repeatable mission, but when a mission gives unbalanced rewards it does indeed need a nerf.

So, you played Violent Duct about 1,000 times and spend roughly 33 hours doing just that if you average 2 minutes a play? Wow, I would have pulled my eyes out by now. Talk about no fun. I'd rather just pay real cash than waste 33 hours of my life doing the exact same thing over and over and over.

See, here's the deal. Replaying the mission to me doesn't seem like cheating, or working the system in any other way than it was intended. I cannot tell you at level 35 how many repeat frikkin missions i get from job providers.

And money wouldnt be such a hard commodity to come by if they had released a complete product in the first place, like Heists mode.

 

I mean come on. Some bullsh*t mission for (insertgoonhere) and you spend most of the money you make on ammo and body armor, meaning your total payout is less than what you would make.

 

Most missions are in the 1500 to 5k dept. Bullsh*t. I can see those as beginner missions, but come on Rockstar.....where are the 50k jobs? Where are the 100k jobs? Yes I have an apt, yes I have a sports car that I bought. But you know what, I wanted payouts, and robbing stores and these bullsh*t mission rewards weren't hacking it.....so Violent Duct.

 

Stores should give more money when you rob them, armored cars should be more prevalent, crates from TPI should have money as a default along with RP and items, and cut back the hospital bills price....thats ridiculous.

 

 

One idea I thought about while freeroaming, was when we jack cars, high end cars, like the infernus, banshee, comet, bullet gt ETC ETC, we can't store them obviously, but at least let us sell them at the customs shop, let us pull in to the store, repair them, gray out every option but SELL. I'll say it again....let us sell high end sports cars for like 25k or more.

 

Maybe some way of crew income? Join a crew with enough members, say like at least 4? You get a daily income of 1k, more money for more members?

 

There is no reason we should have to buy money cards. Not a single one. Rockstar is treading down a dangerous path with this paytowin mentality, and look how it has not worked out very well for game quality of games that incorporate it.

This sucks. I never got the chance to try this mission since my level 16 player got deleted. I restarted a character and am at level 7. My bro-in-law and I tried this mission just to find out it only gave us $3k. That sucks but what can we do?

Oh, well. I'm willing to grind out with this game as long as I can enjoy myself doing it.

there's a mission called meth'd up, it takes just a little longer than violent duct and it's gives 5k a piece, very low level requirement too, i don't know who gives it though.
