That's actually annoying to hear since I never even reached that part due to my character disappearing, it would of helped me in buying an apartment quicker. I'm not surprised it's patch though with all the threads that popped up about it.

Thankfully I got my $391k apartment and modded my 3 "good" cars before it happened. I have no money now though. Had to cut the upgrades on my Sandking short because of it.

So, you played Violent Duct about 1,000 times and spend roughly 33 hours doing just that if you average 2 minutes a play? Wow, I would have pulled my eyes out by now. Talk about no fun. I'd rather just pay real cash than waste 33 hours of my life doing the exact same thing over and over and over.

 

 

If he found it fun, that's all that matters.

If you don't find what he did fun, nobody cares, that's why you didn't do it.

Where you get the concept that everyone must find the same things fun that you do, is beyond me.

 

And working as a team to make the process as efficient as possible is something many other 'goodboy' players may still have not experienced. You're still playing the game, you're just focused as a team, and elminating time wasted on menus.

 

I never farmed it on purpose, but if I join one I'll join in and help out, ten is the most I've done in a row though before I need to do something else.

I have an idea. Rather than decrease violent ducts, why not INCREASE the other missions to actually make them worth doing? 4+ minutes spent on a mission for only 2-3k is not worth it. I have to grind for overly expensive stuff in this game either way, may as well make it worth the time rather than punish us because we found a slightly faster way.

Yep. Although some of Lester's missions pay low but generate high RP as well - so not all of the low paying jobs are a waste A 50% increase in OTHER missions cash payout would negate the desire for so many people to do this - however - I hate to say it - but then Rockstar would sell less cash cards.

 

I can understand the cash card thing though, if you think of it as an alternative to paying a Rockstar subscription and it is completely optional.

Thank goodness. Rockstar needs to be on the ball and moderating the farmers, and ban them from GTA V with your PSN id and console.

Ive been doing it 1multiple times after this post was made, and I still get 9k, but I haven't dashboarded, but I don't see how dashboarding can affect it since its not an update.

The payout needs to be scaled with mission difficulty. Hay No Bronca is much harder and takes longer to complete compared to Violent Duct but paid the same amount, 9k. I can see why R* nerfed Violent Duct tbh. Now all we can hope is that difficult/less linear missions get fixed so that they don't pay peanuts because some of them really do... Which is probably why a lot of people opted to replay VD over and over.

And if many of those 500 missions are level locked, then how the hell are any of us supposed to be able to gain enough RP to access them without repeating the f*ck out of the early available activities (iow - farming early missions)? Answer me that, f*cking tool.
