I'm assuming this is referring to the heists that will be coming soon. However, what qualifies as a premium apt? Does this mean we need one of the $250,000+ ones with a 10 car garage just to plan heists? I have the $150,000 one near the marina with a 6 car garage so if so that would suck for me.
