Im currently having the same issue with the emblem I made for the Vinewood Cricket Club.

I AM SORRY ABOUT THE QUALITY OF THE VIDEO, BUT MY WEBCAM IS ABSOLUTELY RUBBISH.

There is a "publish emblem" button I found in the emblem creator but that also doesn't work. Just seeing a rockstar R where it should be.

Maybe their server is messed up. Hopefully it will show up. Ive made emblems before with no problem.

It always takes a day or two to update. I created an enblem yesterday and today it was fully usable. So just be patient, you have done everything right. Just wait for it.

This. Mine took from Friday until today to show up - but it is now there. :)
