No. It's perfectly fine how it is. I have currently not had to pay much at all in hospital bills as I prefer to stay away from the d*ck's and stay near the p*ssy's.

Would be interesting if you had a safe in your apartment and could store Max 100k there.

 

These 100k would not be used for HospitalBills and had to be withdrawn manually when inside the Bedroom etc
