I've beat the game for the 2nd time, it's just one problem.... i never got The Ballad Of Rocco and it still won't show up, I have 85.5.% this playthrough and was planning to go 100% complete with it but i don't think that'll be possible if this mission doesn't show up...

 

Will this be fixed? Or did i screw myself over by completing the game?
