WTF do I do when it's "Launching Session" for over 5 minut

Every time I try to play with my friend it stays on LAUNCHING SESSION.

But with others, it starts up no problems.

Help with understanding this would be awesome.

Could be NAT settings.

I think most people smoke or go to the bathroom while its loading you can try those but you can also go get a drink or make a sandwich.
