Weird stat glitch

I have this weird glitch on both my game on the site that has erased my character and progress except for the stats and bank money

I'm sorry, I don't understand what the glitch is.

 

EDIT: Is it that RP bar? Showing 39152/0. Also, as the social club is connected to the cloud server, I wouldn't rely much on what it's showing.

Sorry, wasn't specific enough.

The problem is as you can see in the corner there is not a picture of my character and the playtime is 0s (Also just noticed the rp bar), when I go into the game it goes to the online character select screen and the correct stats are there but when I press select it takes me to the create a character screen. Any help?

 

Edit: also on the jobs option in the online menu it says "This will be available when GTA online tutorial is complete"
