To survive the bounty. Find a helicopter and just stay above the clouds. It's what I did. It's boring and a pussy way to get it but it works....

I don't think you can remove a bounty manually. I thought you could call Lester but I can't remember.

Note: the helicopters are right by the boat docks on the west side of the city.

You can fly away or stay on the highways or Mount Chilliad..... i earn like 45k of bounties!!

you can also hide in your apt or garage. my stat's say I've out lived 6 of them that I never noticed.

I just drove a round in the countryside for ages but it was only a $1k bounty so nobody was bothered to hunt me down for it

You have to stay in one session though because the timer seems to reset when you join a new one.

Get your character deleted, if you are lucky this happens automatically.
