The Red Misfit
Hey guys, Trust me here. I'm a 25 yr. old college graduate and I'm not a little kid trying to troll or start a very minor gripe with an element of the game that's highly trivial, but this is something that concerns me, especially when you consider that the reticle for the guns with Simple aiming in GTA Online is bigger and substantially more effective. I know some guys in here think its inconsequential and are able to deal with it but trust me its a problem, especially when you compare it to other games in the Rockstar Library. I know that several Rockstar games has this type of style for their aiming specifically L.A. Noire, Red Dead Redemption, and Max Payne. For all the aforementioned I was able to deal with it because they were essentially the same in size, but I happen to notice a dramatic drop in size with GTAV. The size of it is so small you can barely see it to pick out enemies. Every shot with it feels weak and limp. And again, in GTA Online they made the dot a great size that's on par with the other previous games. In GTAV, for some reason that I can't seem to understand, they made it substantially smaller in volume. Very frustrating so at the end of the day I decide to go to complex even though I wish it was the same proportion as the rest of them. Have anyone discovered this or figured out a way to make it bigger or anything?... I only noticed in GTA Online (again) that it's better and larger, and that's it. brandrixco
Just go in the options and change the reticle from its default option and switch it to "complex".
Terminus
That^ though a single white pixel is a pretty weak crosshair. Edited October 8, 2013 by Terminus

Zwenkwiel
complex makes it more visible what more do you want?
JonRenemy
Yeah complex makes it, if anything, too big.. This is not worthy of a complaint
Crunch McThornbody
A little white dot in the middle of the screen can sometimes be really difficult to make out, I tried changing that setting but it's still a little white dot - WTF?
Nodding Off
complex targeting turns the dot into a crosshair. there are different crosshair shapes/sizes for each weapon. switch the targeting to complex and you're good to go.
Lc gta
I wish we could change the colour of the targeting reticle as it blends in with the background. Its really hard to see a lot of the time.

Databank
What annoys me is the screen flash which occurs when you make a kill..
