New apartment?!

Hey sorry to repeat possibly but if you buy a new apartment while currently having one what happens to the current one? Do you get cash back or two? Also the cars in the garage. Cheers guys

You can only own 1 property at a time..if you previously own an apartment or a garage .. the new one will replace the old one and you will get some portion of the money you spent earlier.. i guess around 30% of the original cost.. (not sure about the %age)

I bought a new one today and I received 50% of the previous property's value back and my stored cars automatically transferred to the new apartment.

In my opinion, the view from the 400k apartment is the worst one from this >200k apartments. I like the city view or the location near the beach.

The 400k overlooks the entire city. That's the best apt. In my opinion.

I bought one for 247k and it has one side of the room facing the Vinewood sign and the other towards the each past all the construction zones. That's perfect for me.

 

I think apartment's give 50% value back but garages give more around 25% back as I owned a 40k garage and only received 12k in credit.

 

Also I hope they make it where you can own an apartment and garage because I want a garage out in the desert by Trevor's place so I can have a place on each side of the map. Also my city garage would have city based cars and my country garage would have offroad based cars/dirt bikes.

My 205k one has an skyscraper infront of its window so i see nothing but a wall and a backalley. The side windows face towards west LS' end which is quite nice tho.
