Low End Apartment 80k

Here is a lil Review of the cheapest Low-End 80k Apartment. (Rockford Apt 13)

 

You get a Garage for 2 cars and a sweet lil apartment with a

Kitchen, Livingroom, Bedroom and Bathroom (And no Planningroom whatsoever!)

 

The Entrance

 

The Kitchen (Great View right? You can drink beer and listen to the Radio)

 

Looking out from the Kitchen (My entrancehall has a Table!)

 

The Livingroom (Bookshelf, Couches, Bong, yet another Great View Outside!)

Great pics that's the same one I have see I told u guys it looks like a dark frat boys hovel w/ a bong in it. Not even fit to bring a girl over except I guess that girl in the pic would come over since she's used to it

Yeah that place is sh*t. Someone invited me there and it was really dark and creepy because he kept standing behind me. I went to the bathroom to see what it looked like, he was right up against me - lol. I waited until he went into his bedroom to change clothes and walked out.

I used it for one day, and then sold it and bought a Higher Class Apartment

The apartment that has the best view is the $391K. View of the city.

So does the Majestic Richards apt 51, same exact view but cheaper around 250k I believe.

I was so proud of my sh*tty apartment. It was better than sleeping in my garage and way better than sleeping on the beach like most people that just got to the city. That said, I'm outta there soon as I grind up some more dough. The stripper I met won't answer my calls, cuz I think that cockblock bartender told her where I live.

 

 

 

ps since we only get back like 50% on resell, I wish we could sell them to friends and crew members just starting out.

I think the 80k Apartment is a good start though, a good base of operations as you start out.

 

But as you gain more Friends and play more often with your Crew and manage to gather some more monies, an upgrade is definately in order!

 

The smoke from that bong is just so irritating

Guys please do not buy this apartment and make a mistake like I did. It says it has an ocean view but it's a total dark hovel that looks like a bunch of frat boys live in it, the shutters are drawn and you cant see out the window and all you really have in there is a TV, a shower, and a Rastafarian colored bong. I knew I should have waited for the 6 car 200k apartment . What a mistake guys please don't end up like me.

I started with the $25k 2 car garage.

 

Then I bought The Royale, Apt. 19 as it's the cheapest. After that, I bought the three places in Del Perro.

 

For my secondary, I started her out with The Royale and bought her the one Del Perro that was on sale for a week or so when one of the older packs came out. I barely play with her, though.

 

If I had to do it over again, I probably would've just went with two 10 car garages and a high end apt. Although, I'm used to having all three apts in one building even though it's a tradeoff.
