Low End Apartment 80k

Guys please do not buy this apartment and make a mistake like I did. It says it has an ocean view but it's a total dark hovel that looks like a bunch of frat boys live in it, the shutters are drawn and you cant see out the window and all you really have in there is a TV, a shower, and a Rastafarian colored bong. I knew I should have waited for the 6 car 200k apartment . What a mistake guys please don't end up like me.

I don't mind if the apartment is sh*tty but i'd like it to atleast be clean . My character is very neat just like my player I wouldn't even mind spending 10 minutes of game time to clean it up but it wont let me. And i'm not a pothead and wouldn't leave a bong on my table.

I think rockstar made a huge mistake by saying every low rent apartment must be filthy and have dirty dishes and clothes and stains everywhere. Most poor people actually keep cleaner homes because they do not have a maid service and are used to doing it themselves.

They sell a bong bag you can put a bong in there and leave it in your closet or hidden somewhere else for when you have visitors

Besides arab food is glorious like a shwarma or something, nothing wrong w/ that. They don't eat much blue cheese last time I checked so he's factually off too. I'd just ignore him

it's a sh*tty appartment but I did like the functionality which is pretty similar to the high end appartments

you get a tv, a shower,a wardrobe and a safe place to spawn/hide, the rest is just looks IMO

can't imagine myself sitting on the couch for very long

and the bed is even sillier, you just lie there

 

still unsure what appartment I should buy though
