So I obviously don't know where things are going to go down the line, but I can tell you that I acquired the 400k apartment and as good as it is - you shouldn't waste your time doing so.



My buddy showed me his 200k apartment near the coffee shop and it is literally the exact same layout but his garage I believe holds 2 cars less, the difference is view from apt, and location.



Either way this is something to bear in mind while shopping, best of luck with your empire building.

I was told this aswell. I bought the 205k one with 10 car garage. I actually prefer the location aswell since its more downtown.
