Which missions give you lots of rep points?

Im not so concern about getting so much money at the moment (Me & 3 friends kept replaying the base invaders mission to get 25,000 every 10 minutes) What I really want is missions that give you tons of reputation points so I get purchase the really fun toys & be able to call merryweather for air support & such.
