Id save a few more k and get a 10 car apartment

I don't think any apartments in that price range have a view. Really you are better off buying something cheap until you can upgrade to a 10 car garage apartment with a planning board. When you trade in, you only get about 50% of what your original unit is worth so keep that in mind. I think the lowest price unit with a 10 car garage and view is just over 200k.

In that price range you won't have a view. I currently have the 134k one, which has a nice location with a gast station to rob just nearby and ammu nation, also not too far away from LS Customs. But I would recommend you to save up for one of the high end appartments. That's what I am doing now as well.

Save as said and get the 205k one. Much better use of cash than settling on the lower ones.
