You only have to purchase 5 properties for 100%. 69 Story Missions 14 Random Encounters 20 Strangers and Freaks (all of them Franklin) 42 Hobbies and PastTimes (includes all Street, Offroad, and Sea races. 3 Triathlons, the gun range, winning at the sports in the game, Parachuting, and Flight School lessons) 16 Misc (includes buying 5 properties, finding 50 letter scraps, 50 spaceship parts, buying a vehicle, taking Chop for a walk and playing ball, and more.) http://socialclub.rockstargames.com/games/gtav/career/checklist Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
