Rockstars ticket says update today

So after getting an email back about my char getting deleted, this is what it said. "We have released a Title Update today that may resolve your issue. To download the Title Update, reboot your console and launch the game while connected to the Internet. For the list of fixes, see:

But I don't see an update... anyone else? I'm on ps3 btw

Do you look at dates or no? Curious.

I didn't click the link. I told them in my email the deletion happened after the newest patch. So yeah, not my fault rockstar can't read properly
