No other GTA Online Players?

Hi

 

Every time I play GTA Online/do some jobs there are no other players to invite.

When I play in free roam, I'm alone too (most of the time).

I can't do any of the Deathmatches which require 4-8 players because there are only one or two others.

Even for one other player I have two wait 10-30 minutes...

Also when I choose "quick job" on the ifruit phone, there are no jobs to join...

 

Does anyone know why there are nearly no other players?

I'm playing on PS3...
