I wonder which cars are premium, mainly because I'm thinking of getting an Obey 9F, but I'm not sure whether I could just steal one instead.

I am pretty sure that any cars on the Exotic website are considered Premium. Mostly all high end/performance cars.

yes^^^ and if you steal it the game will not let you modify it at LS or keep it in your garage....you have to buy one for that.

"Premium cars" are annotated with the name of the vehicle, followed by ", Sport" you basic ass bitch.

This is simply not correct, there are a few sports cars, also with high performance which you an actually keep and modify.
