Where Are The Aircraft Online

I know you can purchase the aircraft when you access the internet when using your phone but the prices seem to be relatively high. I am in the process of saving money to purchase a garage and an apartment so buying a plane for 350,000 would cause me to lose my family and my real life job and that might not be a good thing to do.

 

So, I am wondering why in the online version of this game are there no Jumbo Jets, Leer Jets or any other planes for us to grab. We could steal cars and save them to our garage but no can do on the planes I guess. I know there are a couple places to get some helicopters but It would be nice to get a piper or whatever.

 

I actually expected GTA online to be heavily played in the air with fighter jets and things like that but of the online players I did come across, most who are in the air are either in a helicopter or a stolen fighter jet, and they are few and far between.

 

Anyway, good feedback would be nice.

 

PS: I'm not trying to give you guys any ideas but when you reply, try to stay away from the "suck my dick" or "you're an idiot" posts and try and give some good feedback.

There are 3 heli pads and 2 stunt planes at the airport, 4 helipads at the marina, fighter jets at the military base

I didn't see the stunt planes at the airport, but then again i'm old

Titan is also at the fort but the spawn is more rare.

Also way more tanks than in SP. If it werent for those hundreds of tanks id be flying titans by now. 1 or 2 tanks are fine but like 10 at one time?

do enough missions and you can get the titan and annihilator at the sandy shores airfield, the frogger and mamatus at the grapeseed airfield

I know. Every time I get into the fort in online attempting to steal a jet, I get blown to bits in a matter of seconds. The fort is 10 times tougher to get in online than in single player (but maybe R* did that on purpose to prevent little 12 year olds from easily abusing the almighty power of the fighter jet)

In my opinion it's easier, I've never failed to retrieve a jet/Titan from the base yet in online. In SP, I fail all the time...

 

@OP, you're probably not a high enough level for them to spawn, at 30, I get cargobobs, cesnas, cuban 800s, mavericks, pipers, those other planes, froggers, buzzards, and police/ambulance helis that spawn at various places.
