If Michael or Franklin purchased it, it will spawn at their respective helipad at Vespucci Beach. You must first purchase a helipad as M or F in order for it to spawn, I think. Also, sometimes it takes a few minutes for the "delivery" to occur. You will get a text when the chopper has been delivered. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

If you purchased with Franklin or Michael, they get Helipads in Verspucci Beach. However, you have to buy the helipad first. Not sure what happens if you buy a chopper without a pad.
