Quality of life improvements:
- When in map selection after a job. Those who vote for return to free world, no need to wait for other votes.

- Armor should be a perm unlock (just like weapons). Everytime you die / reset / whateverelsehappens, you should get your armor back instead of rebuying it on every mission /job / death etc. Unlock for armors may be extremely expensive since its prolly 1 of the most important unlocks i guess. And it should be compulsory to buy the previous armor BEFORE you can buy the next 1.

- When car is impounded, pay to get car back. instead of stealing it (time efficient when you have to go get your car back everytime) OR car only gets impounded every <ingameday> or whatever like this.

- When on a mission, and you die you have to specc and hope the other guy will finish otherwise you just wasted time on speccing and restarting the mission. Instead remove lifes, give a penalty for every death ex. 1st death -10% money / RP 2nd death -20% 3rd death -25% (max) AND a simple respawn timer. This would be limited to the player WHO DIES. And you no longer have to specc on these, sometimes easy missions. NO more restarting missions, so yes you would always get to be able to finish the mission, but the succes rate is based upon your own deathrate. see previous point on armor, also when you buy armor before a mission it would dissappear and you are unable to buy a new armor on death. Therefore the unlock for armor is also better over buying new armors over and over again.
- Some missions need spawn points on the map. I really dislike that for some missions you need to travel half the map untill you reach the 1st checkpoint to actually start the mission itself... simple improvement big differences.

- Joining quick mission, best if there was shown a list of what to join. This list is shown per map ex: if you want to join a deathmatch, there is shown a list of which rooms are waiting for players. This should reduce the time these job for waiting on players. More players would join on own iniative rather than on invites.

 

Mechanics improvements:

- Weapons dmg is rediculous, ex shotgun even though you are 100m can still 1 shot some1.. same goes for smg dmg etc. Dont know how this should be improved maybe by reducing dmg by distance per weapon or something? All I know its a bit fckd up now.

- AI does way to much dmg on missions. And their accuracy is like near 100% or something. This needs rework period.

 

Best quality of life in the game so far: Request your car! I simply love this, it resembles the concept of not spending time on useless things like getting back to your own car which maybe 2mins driving away from your current location. Even though you can get it anyway after a job...

 

I think this goes for many people. I dont want to wait for other pple votes (like, dislike, continue, pick next map etc).

I dont want to specc other people for 5mins everytime I die on a mission.

I dont want to spent 5mins to get my own car back from the impound for 0 incentive. (free roam useless now anyway imo, but still...)

 

Huge txt cant believe i wrote this but there are a lot more things which could improve this great game, I just hope Rockstar can see these improvements. Sometimes I think the makers never play the game themselves. I would love to see them wait when some1 afks after a mission and you have to wait 1min for the timer to run out ;)
