Lester Bounties

hi,

 

I have access to Lester to order bounties.. i believe this unlocks at rank 12.

 

I did not really see the purpose of it, until the last time I was online.

this one idiot must have killed me 5 times in a row.. because I was trying to switch cars from my apt. he just stood there waiting for me to respawn. I could have attacked back.. I did kill him once, but stopped cause I was trying to fgiure out the garage etc.. he woulnt leave, he just stayed there waiting for me..

 

luckily the medical bills didnt cost much, cause just dropped 80k on my first apt.

 

anyways.. so I was like fnice person this guy.. and called up lester to place a bounty on him.. but he did not appear in the list of players from Lester.

 

I think this idiot player was a rank4. so the only thing I could think of was that you can only place bounty on those who are at least rank12+..?

 

its too bad.. cause I really wanted to but the bounty on him..!

You can't place bounties on people lower than. 10 or on passive mode.
