Where does a helicopter go if you buy one?

Like, there's no hangars or anything. So where do all vehicles go when they can't go in your garage. (Tank, Helicopter, Huge truck)

Not sure but I imagine it's probably like blimp from SP, where you call up number on phone and it's delivered to a nearby location.

You call Pegasus contact and they will deliver it to you. Similar rules to the mechanic delivering your car, you can only have 1 personal vehicle near you. Pegasus also delivers boats, any air vehicles, basically anything that doesn't go in a garage.

And it costs everytime you want the vehicle. I bought limousine for 30k and need to pay 1000$ everytime I want it. And it doesn't even get delivered to you.
