Gta online question

So how do you check the Cloud server status ingame? Once i shut down my xbox after a couple of hours im back to my old lvl, funny thing is if i bought weapons in this session they do stay but my personal car is gone. and im back to the cash i started the session with, clothes also stay if i bought them but skills revert back once i leave and go back in its driving me crazy

If you don't actually Quit to singleplayer it doesn't save.

I always Quit to singeplayer, the thing is it seems it only saves some stuff my Personal Vehicle is always gone same goes for the Insurance contact in my Phone but the clothes i bought in the session are still there =/
