Car have ejector seats

I was doing a job where you steal a Titan from the Airport, as the game begins this level 4 troll shoots the tyres off everyone’s car but mine and he gets in and drives off, we caught up with him (riding passenger in my friends car) and then I remembered that you can change your cars accessibility so I brought up he menu and set it to me only. Then the door opened and the guy flew out the car at high speed and hit a wall, it was hilarious.

The James bond car has ejector seat but unsure it is useable other than the storyline mission where you eject an actress out of the car when you steal it from the film set.
