bad sport info

I was in a racing mission and the game crashed and i was about to win the race but the screen freeze so i had to turn my xbox off , when i entered the game i got a message saying something like "leaving a mission makes you a bad sport and if you keep doing it you with be a bad sport . And then in free foam i got kicked for nothing and the same message up again , will i be put on as a bad sport now ?

well if i do get a bad sport then its clearly not working cuz i am a good sport - and how can i get kicked from free roam i didnt do anything .
