Robbing Other Players?

So, when you carry over $5,000 on you the game will inform you that you should deposit your money into an ATM or other players could rob you.
I have killed friends who have over $5,000 on them and only got the base $100 for when you kill another player.

Anyone know if there is a way to actually rob other players?

Actually a good question.

I deposit my funds instantly after missions just encase. Gotta love online banking on the phone!

 

But I have noticed its only $100.. Not really that big a deal, yet!
