Free Apartment and Free Sportscar

The Elegy car you can get for free by poking around the in-game car websites. Pretty nifty.

 

The Online Guide for Social says something about getting a free 2 car apartment for joining the Social Club.

 

Anyone know anything about that?

 

I already bought the 35k one next to the power station but I would move it if the new one is better.

I can't find the apartment on dynasty8, and someone people say it's a typo though I think different.
