Am I the only one who thinks that editing pics is 'cheating'? Tho they look damn good..

 

Cheating compared to what? Editing is part of the workflow. If you're under the assumption that back in the days of film that it was "true" photography, then you're mistaken. Photographers were able to manipulate images then too. The difference is they used chemicals and other tricks instead of software.

 

Cheating compared to the snapmatic game lol, I feel the same way about screencaps

 

 

Everyone has the same access to the same tools on Snapmatic. There's nothing on my feed that someone else couldn't replicate. What we're doing here is just killing time. No one is competing for anything, so no reason to feel at a disadvantage.

It started snowing right when I was setting this up, so please excuse the snow on the cars...

 

I also wasn't able to get a front shot of the two because while I was getting in position, two plebs in a Zentorno came and blew them up for no reason. Oh well.

I wouldn't consider it cheating. Just combining hobbies, noone's trying to win at anything. Exqlusive, pepsiGOD, and Iceberg Slimm have been the rulers of editing on here for the longest time, and you can tell they're just doing it because they enjoy doing it.

 

Exactly, just having some fun and enjoy doing it -- it's a part of playing GTA for me. =) Plus the old snapmatic on PS3/Xbox 360 was terrible and made photos look dull and horrible; editing pictures brought life into them.

 

My hat is off to you as you make snapmatic pictures look great (even on old gen) with just the in-game filters. _b

Here they have it for sale as just the console like the black one, and they both cost the same. The black one looks nice, but the white looks the sh*t, imo.

I too wouldn't consider it cheating, it has giving me a excuse to load up the old photo editing skills, though my skills are no where near the talents of the other guys in this forum, it helps me pass the time and learn on my skills, but as said it doesn't change the styles of the vehicles, good example would be my Futo, it actually looks like that in game, with the slamming glitch. And if you say photoshop is cheating, wouldn't be part removals or slamming be cheating too?
